Event Rules *

1. Be respectful of our neighbours and the rules of the neighbourhood in terms of speed, excessive noise, and any and all behaviours that would jeopardize the ability to hold future events. Illegal driving behaviours will not be tolerated. Any person or persons who are driving irresponsibly or performing any illegal behaviours that involves breaking the law will be reported to authorities. We reserve the right to forbid participation in our future events and reserve the rights to refuse entry or remove you and your property from our event. 2. VHO MOTORS is not responsible for any damages, loss or theft to your vehicle or other properties during our event. Participants and attendees are fully responsible to ensure that their insurance is adequate to cover any incidents that may occur. We are not responsible for any personal injury or death, however caused, except where our liability cannot be limited by the law. 3. Children and pets are welcome; however, you are fully responsible to ensure that they are supervised at all times. In the case of any vehicle property damages or injuries covered in 2) and 3), VHO MOTORS will not be held responsible. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. 4. By attending our event, you acknowledge and consent that photography images or video recordings may be taken of you or your car and may the images and videos of you may be used by VHO MOTORS for marketing and promotional purposes.
